| Project: Omega DC Warehouse Description: The Automated Distribution Center is a pivotal element in the Landmark Group’s supply chain network. Situated in Jebel Ali Free Zone South, it boasts a sprawling plot area of 265,188 sq. m. and a substantial built-up area of 157,791 sq. m. The Main Warehouse stands at a height of 26.62 meters, while the High Bay Warehouse reaches an impressive 40 meters. This facility plays a key role in optimizing logistics and enhancing efficiency within the distribution network. Dynamic has successfully carried out MEP Design and Supervision services for the following key areas: 1. Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System 2. Smoke Management System 3. Water Supply and Drainage System 4. Electrical Systems (Lighting & Power Distribution) 5. Fire Protection Service (Firefighting & Fire Alarm) 6. LPG System for steam boilers and steam tunnel 7. Low current system (BMS, Telephone/ Data, CCTV etc.,) Furthermore, Dynamic executed all infrastructure design works. 1. Water cooled centralized plant (16,000 Kw) 2. External chilled water distribution network 3. Fire 4. Complete water recycling system 5. 4 nos. substations, 13 nos. transfer & 11 Kv direct HV connected to chillers total capacity 16 MW. 4.
