The Project comprises of ground plus 10 floors as an existing office building which has been converted into RTA head quarter’s application, scope of work consists of MEP Design upgration according to RTA requirement. Mohebi Logistics in DWC Headquarter Office & Warehouse.
DESCRIPTION
The Mohebi warehouse is a large logistic facility of two phases having each 100,000 sq.m. area and office headquarter building 25,000 sq.m. The warehouse has air conditioned covering 2/3rd of portion and 1/3rd cold storage area. The entire facility design with latest equipped Ammonia centralized plant with highest efficiency complying with green building regulation (Gold Credential).

Dynamic has completed design and supervision of MEP services described here in:
