| Project: KUEHNE + NAGEL WAREHOUSE CHAMBER 3, 4 & 5 – CLIMATE CONTROL FOR PHARMACEUTICAL APPLICATION Description: Dynamic, a trusted name in retrofit design with a proven history of client confidence, was commissioned to engineer bespoke chambers for pharmaceutical applications in strict adherence to MOH requirements. This involved swift customization to meet indoor parameter specifications within an accelerated timeline. The primary objective was to augment the current chilled water system and electrical load, facilitating advanced air conditioning capabilities in Chambers 3, 4, and 5 of Phase 2 within the existing warehouse at the Kuehne + Nagel facility, located in Dubai Logistics City, Dubai South, UAE. This expansive project covers an area of 7,500 m². Our comprehensive responsibilities included a thorough alteration of the existing design, rigorous supervision, and end-to-end project management until a successful handover to the end user. The scope encompassed HVAC and Electrical services, incorporating energy analysis to explore diverse options that ensured cost-effectiveness within the allocated budget of 12 million AED.
