| Project: Al Naeem Shopping Mall Description: The shopping mall is a comprehensive project, spanning from the basement to the ground floor and three upper levels, all the way up to the roof, with a total budget of AED 300 Million. The basement alone covers 130,000 sq. m., featuring a targeted net retail area of 45,000 sq. m. The design incorporates circulation areas, access ramps, and technical spaces, along with a goal of providing 1,200 parking spaces. Dynamic has successfully executed MEP Design services for the following key service areas: 1. Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System 2. Water Supply and Drainage System 3.
