The basement alone covers 130,000 sq. m., featuring a targeted net retail area of 45,000 sq. m. The design incorporates circulation areas, access ramps, and technical spaces, along with a goal of providing 1,200 parking spaces. \u00a0 <br><br>Dynamic has successfully executed MEP Design services for the following key service areas: <br><br>1. Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System<br>2. Water Supply and Drainage System<br>3. Electrical Systems (Lighting &amp; Power\u00a0 Distribution, Low Current, <br>   Fire Alarm, Telephone \/ Data)<br>4.
